Hello, welcome to my library. I'm Sara Castro, and I want to share my experiences, emotions, and perspective on life with you.
I was born in a small city in northern Argentina and grew up amid emotional, family, and financial difficulties. From those challenges, I learned the best lessons: to activate my intelligence, my creativity, and to forge the tools that made me who I am.
At 18, I discovered my passion: medicine. I fell in love with its science, its art of diagnosis, and its ability to heal. For 25 years, I have practiced my specialty in internal medicine. In addition, my love for beauty led me to train in nutrition and aesthetic medicine.
At 30, I became a mother for the first time. That experience transformed my life and taught me that there is a spiritual body that accompanies the material body. At 40, with my second daughter, I discovered the value of family, of a set table, of delicious food, and of parties in the garden.
We are old spirits that reincarnate again and again to learn; illness is a teacher for our perfection.
