How to request a return for product dissatisfaction:

 

If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of the delivery date.

To validate a return for dissatisfaction:

  • The product must be in good working condition and show no signs of damage from misuse.

  • The product must retain its original packaging without signs of damage.

To start the process, please send an email to [email protected] with your full name and order number. You will receive your refund within 30 days after the returned products are received. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when you purchased from our online store; however, the costs associated with the return are the customer's responsibility.

 

How to request a return for defective or damaged products:

 

Based on the Federal Consumer Protection Law, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, functional failures, damages, or missing parts, you have the right to request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

To do this, you must send an email to [email protected] with your full name, order number, and information about the product's manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will review your case, and the amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when you purchased from our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive your refund.

 

How to return products:

 

Following the provisions of the Federal Consumer Protection Law, the shipping costs for returns due to dissatisfaction or change of mind will be the customer's responsibility. However, in the case of returns for defective products or damages caused during shipping, the return cost will be covered by us.

After you send us the email, you will receive an authorization code via email, as well as a shipping label to send the merchandise through our logistics operator. The product must be sent in its original packaging with labels, accessories, and any additional items that were included in the package and are part of the item to be returned.

Packaging costs are the customer's responsibility, so we suggest you use the same packaging in which you received your purchase if it is not damaged, or an appropriate box that maintains the integrity of the product during transport.
